If they refuse or the issue persists, we send a different professional to resolve it and remove the original from the platform. You never pay twice for the same job.
Can I still use my own contractors?
Absolutely. ProperHub™ Trades Professionals is optional. If you have trusted tradespeople, continue using them. ProperHub™ is there when you need options, competitive pricing, or urgent work outside your regular contractors' availability. You can also invite your existing contractors to join the platform if they meet our vetting criteria.
