Units: Flats, houses, and other service-charge payers on the block or estate. Indicative pricing from published plans, ex VAT. Account, Insurance, Response, Mind and Safe have a 12-unit minimum. Portal, Account, Insurance, Response, Mind and Safe are 15% lower per unit above 80 units. ProperHub and ProperSensor are priced separately. Hardware and setup are confirmed before contract and are outside the bundle discount. Early-access rates apply to waitlist products. Bundle savings of 10% apply when two or more paid products are selected (15% for four or five, 20% for six or more).
