Win block and estate work. Without agent markups.
Join ProperHub™ Trades Professionals — Residentive’s vetted network for UK blocks and estates. Real scoped jobs, transparent pricing, and directors who choose you on merit — not because an agent sent the same three names every time.

Built for trades who do block and estate work properly
ProperHub™ is not a consumer leads marketplace. Jobs come from RMC directors, RTM companies, freehold estate directors, and managing agents who need qualified trades for communal repairs, compliance, and planned works on blocks and estates.
Scoped jobs, not tyre-kickers
Directors post structured scopes with photos and urgency. You quote on real block and estate work.
You set the price
Submit competitive quotes; clients choose on price, ratings, and availability — without an agent markup.
Vetting that protects your reputation
Qualification and insurance checks keep cowboys out. Being on the hub signals you do block and estate work properly.
Guarantee-backed delivery
Residentive stands behind hub work for 12 months — quality professionals stay on the platform.

Key points
Simple economics
No monthly membership
There is no standing fee to join the ProperHub™ trades network. You apply, pass vetting, and go live when you are ready.
Fee only when you win
The booking fee is 8–12% of job value depending on size — charged only when you are awarded the work, not to register or submit quotes.
You set your rates
Quote your own prices and compete on merit. Clients choose on price, availability, and ratings — without an agent markup on top of your number.
Client pays what you quoted
The block or estate pays the price you quoted. You are not asked to discount twice so an agent can take a hidden margin.
Frequently Asked Questions
Applying, vetting, fees, and who posts jobs on ProperHub™.

Plumbing, electrical, gas, general building, carpentry, roofing, plastering, painting and decorating, cleaning, gardening, pest control, locksmiths, and related trades. All applicants must hold appropriate qualifications and insurance for the work they quote on.

Background checks, trade qualification verification, insurance confirmation, reference checks, and a supervised trial job. We verify Gas Safe, NICEIC, and other relevant registrations where applicable.

Can I keep my existing clients?
Yes. ProperHub™ adds block and estate work alongside your current pipeline. You can also invite blocks and estates you already serve to post jobs through the platform.
